After scanning this thread I am surprised to see that no one (that I saw anyways...) has brought up Yukio and Lightening. Especially after this beautiful little exchange:

 At first I thought Yukio made the shocked face because Lightening rushed him and started saying something he didn't have the context necessary to understand, but looking at the second panel I don't think that's whats happening. In second panel it looks like Yukio is perhaps putting his gun away when he feels something in his back pocket and finds a USB. That means that Lightening slipped that into Yukio's back pocket. That means that Yukio's shocked face isn't solely because of what Lightening was saying, but also because he probably felt his hand on his ass as he was slipping the usb into his pocket (or whatever.)

Aside from that I think Toudou and Yukio is a favorite of mine. Their dynamic is very intense and unique. I look forward to seeing their interactions if and when Yukio defects from the True Cross.

Also, does anyone notice how much Ho Yay is centered on/around Yukio? I mean he gets a lot of ship tease with other guys like theres Toudou, Lucifer, Rin (with the Inn lady), Lightening (especially, when you take different translations into account) and you know it has to be on purpose. The whole situation with the Inn keeper was basically Katou letting us now she is aware of the ship and how popular it is. So, if she aware of the Rin and Yukio ship enough to reference it in series, she has to be doing the rest of it on purpose. I should know better than to even wonder, but I wonder if she's gonna go anywhere with this.

Honestly, I think its mostly just played for laughs. I used to cite his profile having "..." where it said what kind of girls he likes as proof as him being gay, but theres the weird stuff happening with Shiemi.

Every post I've made so far has been "Gays in Blue Exorcist!" lmao.

Anyway, I would love for there to be a gay couple in Blue Exorcist and one involving one of the main characters would be wonderful! I'm 100% positive Toudou is gay but I don't think it'd be the nicest of relationships.

W-w-wait... Oh, man, after Shura who almost got to touch his crotch, Lightning is gonna become my next most envied character...

^^^Do you have tumblr? I ask, because thats were I think I saw someone mention it and I was like "No, that didn't happen??? I'm sure I would have noticed. Yukio was surprised because Lightening got in his face all of of sudden saying some weird shit." I just went back to find the pictures to confirm that was what was happening, because I didn't think the gun holsters would be so close to his butt and pockets were ruled out because of his uniform. I'm still not sure where Lightening slipped it in (oh no, that sounds, oh well I'm leaving it in.) I mean I don't think either of those explanations really make sense, but it fun so whatever.

Anyways if that was you, credit were credit is due, that was a great find. It helped put some wind in the ol' ship sails.

^ I don't have tumblr, I quoted my same post in this forum. I made that comment in the second page of the Chapter 92 RAW topic.

At first I couldn't get myself to understand Yukio's reaction after Lightning approached him. Then I kept reading and I reached the latest panels of the chapter and the moment Yukio was putting his gun back into his holster and took notice of the usb pen I thought something like: "Wait, prolly Lightning slipped that usb into the holster, so the moment Yukio was sheathing his gun he could have "felt" that something was preventing him from completely slipping the gun into it... and he found the usb. Oh, wait! The holster is right over his butt... *back to the "Yukio startled panel"* Lightning... I see what you did there, my dear..."

I was squealing in the latest chapter when Suguro was like to Rin "Okumura, we need to talk. But not here and not right now."
I knoooow he's gonna want to talk about Yukio's assault (or maybe hinting at their birth origins??) but my mind went other places.

Any avid BonRin shippers here? I ship them so damn hard it's insane!! Them and IzuShie too. Eeesh <3

Also, I don't believe anybody has talked about Lightning and Suguro as a ship. If we put age difference aside, I feel like they somehow compliment spaces that each other lack more in. Me and someone on AO3 (who wrote a very good Lewin/Suguro fic named 'Ex's and Oh's', do check out!) were discussing their relationship and we think we're the only ones who have thought of them two.

Well, neither of them is shounen anymore. But Osceola grabs Lightning like he is his supervisor, and then Lightning seems pretty worried when Osceola is going to leave the room. I wonder if Kato will prepare some backstory

The Lightning and Osceola ship is not sailing so bad right now. With, first, Osceola shielding Lightning from an explosion, and second, Lightning being concerned about Osceola, before being concerned at whether his spell killed the clone or not.

(I know it could just be bromance as always, but the ship is still fun.)

By the way, did you see the series of drawings Kathou is posting on her twitter? One of them is making fun of Osceola having trouble using keypads, then you see him using Siri to call Lightning.
