Have you ever been accused of a criminal offense but were actually innocent? I just think it happens very often. I hope it happens less and less often.

Yes, I had that situation. One evening I was walking home from work and I was attacked by a man who wanted to rob me, but I was able to defend myself and walk home in one piece, but I hit him once. The man went to the police and filed a report against me that I had beaten him up. To be honest, I don't know how he got my first and last name. Eventually, it went to court and that's where Ottawa Criminal Lawyers helped me. They found video footage of him attacking me and me just defending myself. So I was acquitted and everything ended well.

Wow, he wanted to rob you, and then he decided to go to the police himself, I don't think he could have done a more stupid thing. The important thing is that everything ended well.

Hi. I have been in a similar situation. The problem is that in today's reality, if you have been accused and you are innocent, you will still have to make a lot of effort to prove your innocence, because the court will often side with the plaintiff until the end. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to come across this criminal defense lawyer who helped me solve all my problems in court and protected my rights.
