Blue Exorcist (Manga) / Religious Controversy and Ao No Exorcist

I have always wondered this about the series. One only need to consider The Golden Compass to see how religious content in a series can spark controversy. And this series has a pretty strong religious element as well as depictions of the Vatican (or so I've seen).

Has this happened yet? If not, will it happen? Or is it simply not mainstream enough?

I just love the design of the True Cross Academy. Its the first thing that caught my eye when flipping through the first volume, and a lot of the reason I started reading it.

Post those pages/panels that make you go 'whoa, nice page/panel'.

Social Talk / The Age of the Fans

I come from the Avatar fandom where its basically a bunch of teenagers and college students (and older) talking about a show aimed at a much younger demographic. I would think Ao No Exorcist is aimed at a somewhat older audience, but how is that reflect in the fandom? And how old are here?
